Shipping

Shipping time is 1–3 business days depending on your location.

We send all parcels with DHL, DPD or Postnord - You will be updated about your order via e-mail and Text Messages. The shipping time is 1-3 days after we processed your order.

Yes Absolutely!
When you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email and we will get straight to work processing your order - when your order is shipped you will receive and email with your tracking number.

We charge €4.95 for the shipping. And if you place an order over €100 the shipping will be completely free.

We send all our products from our storage/office located in Denmark. When you place an order we will need 12-24 hours to handle your order and then shipping will be 1-3 days from the order is sent from us until you receive your parcel.

Return & Exchanges

Yes you can, but you have to contact us as soon as possible.

Your order is shipped within 12-24 hours after you placed it - after we shipped your order we can't change it, and you will have to send it back to us, if you changed your mind.

Yes of course - You can always return or exchange your orders up to 30 days after you received it.

As soon as we receive the parcel from you, we process your refund. It normally take 1-3 days before you will be able to see the funds in your bank account.

We always pay you back the same way you paid us, meaning if you paid with credit card we will also issue you a refund to the same credit card.
